A sweet chewy snack made from just banana, oats & dark chocolate chips.
It's healthy, quick and easy to make, & good for using up bananas.
I mix the bananas and oats so it holds its shape, sprinkle chocolate chips, bake on 180 for about 10 minuets.
Sometimes I add peanut butter, raisins, dried cranberries or drizzle golden syrup.
