Smoothies are my favourite breakfast and are the easiest way to have fruit. 

I use a hand blender & always have 2-3 bananas & almond/soya milk. 

I like to add whatever fruit needs using up. I usually have blueberries and strawberries. 

Sometimes I add peanut butter to thicken, oats or flax/chia seeds. 

Blueberry, banana, orange & cucumber smoothie with almond milk.
